This is the 80 pellet and CM potency version of Borax by Boiron, which contains Borax CM aka 100M HPUS as its main ingredient. The potency of CM means that Boiron first took the fully concentrated and undiluted version of Borax and diluted it 1000 times (1000 is represented by the Roman Numeral M). The resulting solution (Borax of 1M potency) was then diluted 10 more times, creating a 2M potency Borax. Then the 2M potency Boiron Borax was diluted another 10 times for the third time, resulting in this Boiron Borax 3M potency dilution. This was done a total of 200 times, the end result being this 100 M potency dilution aka CM potency dilution.
