This is the 80 pellet and 50M potency version of Colocynthis by Boiron, which contains Colocynthis 50M HPUS as its main ingredient. The potency of 50M means that Boiron first took the fully concentrated and undiluted version of Colocynthis and diluted it 1000 times (1000 is represented by the Roman Numeral M). The resulting solution (Colocynthis of 1M potency) was then diluted 10 more times, creating a 2M potency Colocynthis. Then the 2M potency Boiron Colocynthis was diluted another 10 times for the third time, resulting in this Boiron Colocynthis 3M potency dilution.
