Children (6 to11 years): 1 tablet 2 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1 tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.
Young children (1 to 5 years): 1/2 (half) tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1/2 (half) tablet every 15 minutes, up to 3 more times.
Infants (0-12 months): 1/2 (half) tablet 3 times during the evening. If insomnia persists, 1/2 (half) tablet every 15 minutes, up to 2 more times.

Ingredients of Heel Neurexan 60ct Tablets 1304395:
Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Avena sativa 2X (mental exhaustion), Passiflora incarnata 2X 0.6mg (Sleeplessness), Zincum valerianicum 4X 0.6mg (Nervous insomnia), Coffea cruda 12X 0.6 mg (Insomnia) each in a lactose base. Inactive ingredients: Magnesium stearate.
