How to Use (suggested usage instructions) for Young Living Collection Raindrop Technique Essential Oil - 9 bottles 5 ml each and 2 bottles 4 oz each - 3137:
Thyme: For dietary, aromatherapy, or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 oz of liquid such as goat's or rice milk.
Basil: Apply to tip of nose, on temples and on location of stings and bites. For mental fatigue, inhale first, and then apply to crown of head, forehead, heart and navel. May be added to food or rice milk as a dietary supplement.
Peppermint: For dietary, aromatherapy or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 oz of liquid such as goat's or rice milk.
Oregano: For dietary or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 oz of liquid such as soy or rice milk.
Wintergreen: For aromatic and aromatherapy use.
Cypress: For aromatic or topical use.
